The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing changes to 62-304.330, Pensacola Bay TMDLs. The purpose of the rule is to adopt fecal coliform TMDLs, and their allocations, for Bayou Chico, Jones Creek, Jackson Creek, Bayou Chico Beach, and Sanders Beach.
