The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 62-304.520, Indian River Lagoon TMDL; and 62-304.705, St. Lucie Basin TMDLs. The purpose of the rule is to adopt TMDLs and their allocations for the impaired water segments that drain into the Indian River and the St. Lucie Estuary.
