The Suwannee River Water Management District initiated rule development for amendments to Fla. Admin. Code Ann. rr. 40B-2.011 through 40B-2.901. The amendments would update Chapter 40B-2 to modernize the existing rule language and incorporate a Water Use Permitting Guide by reference. In addition, Rule 40B-2.041 would amend the Minor Permit by Rule that regulates qualifying landscape irrigation uses in Rule 40B-2.041.
