The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 62 Fla. Admin. Code §621.300, Generic Permits. Changes would develop a generic permit for pollutant discharges to surface waters of the state from the application of pesticides that is consistent with U.S. EPA§s draft General Permit.
