The Southwest Florida Water Management District will hold a rulemaking workshop on proposed changes to rule number 40D-2.091, Publications Incorporated by Reference. The rulemaking would develop district-wide water use permitting rules, including water conservation standards and criteria consistent with those adopted for the Southern Water Use Caution Area for public supply, recreation, and aesthetic water uses. The proposed changes would also enhance and add district-wide conservation measures.
