The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-306, pertaining to the water quality trading rule. The proposed amendments would incorporate knowledge gained throughout the trial period for a water quality trading program, and make the rules consistent with statutory changes that expanded the program beyond the Lower St. Johns River Basin.
