The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend 62 Fla. Admin. Code §§770, 780, 782, & 785, to merge the sections into 62 Fla. Admin. Code §780, Contaminated Site Cleanup Criteria. In addition, changes would add program-specific provisions from the Petroleum, Drycleaning Solvent, and Brownfields Risk-Based Corrective Action cleanup rules.
