The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to amend Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-620.100 regarding cooling water intake structures at wastewater treatment facilities. Changes would incorporate by reference requirements for such structures under the CWA. The deadline for comment is June 19, 2015.
