The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to update Fla. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-204.800 regarding air pollution regulations. The changes would adopt by reference federal regulations that are cited in the department’s air pollution rules, including procedures for submittal of implementation plans, standards for hazardous air pollutants, and performance standards for new stationary sources, among many other changes.
