The Department of Environmental Protection proposed to amend Fl. Admin. Code Ann. r. 62-204.800, Federal Regulations Adopted by Reference. The proposed rules would establish compliance deadlines for hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerator units subject to revised EPA regulations, and procedures by which individual units may request compliance deadline extensions.
