The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Fish and Wildlife, seeks public comment on proposed changes to 7 Del. Code Regs. §3507, Tidal Finfish Regulations: 3541 Atlantic Sharks. Changes would place restrictions on which gears are acceptable to catch sharks, and place Delaware's regulations in line with those of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
