The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 7 Del. Code Regs. §6010, Delaware Coastal Management Program Federal Consistency Policies and Procedures. The amendments update the Department's policies to maintain the authority to manage the coastal resources of Delaware and evaluate federal activities, permits, and plans to the maximum extent to ensure practicable consistency by those pursuing these actions.
