The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposes amendments to Del. Code Ann. tit. 7, §74A, regarding aboveground storage tanks. The changes would introduce minimum distances for siting aboveground storage tanks in relation to private and public wells, would address release reporting, and would align reference standards with industry standards.
