The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Delaware Regulations Governing Hazardous Waste. The amendments would maintain Delaware's authorization from EPA to administer its own hazardous waste management program by adopting amendments previously promulgated by EPA.
