The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed to add 7 Del. Admin. Code Ch. 60 §3545, Invasive Finfish. The regulations would implement measures to control the proliferation of invasive finfish in Delaware waters, including prohibiting their sale and specifying methods for take.
