The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed amendments to 7 Del. Admin. Code §2105. The proposed amendments would develop an overall approach to evaluation of energy efficiency and demand response programs; standardize evaluation approaches for assessment of these programs; provide specific guidance to program administrators, contractors, and stakeholders for evaluation of these programs; and ensure consistency between administrators' evaluation plans, analysis, and reporting efforts.
