The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed to amend 16 Del. Admin. Code §7602. Changes would require the Department to adopt the most recent version of the International Energy Conservation Code and the latest American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers/Illuminating Engineering Society of North America energy standard.
