The Division of Air and Waste Management will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Del. Code Ann. tit 7, §1142, Specific Emission Control Requirements. The amendments would repromulgate the regulation, revise the emission limits for 3 boilers in the Premcor Refinery at Delaware City, and submit the regulation to U.S. EPA as a revision to Delaware's SIP.
