The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control amended 7 Del. Admin. Code §1124, Control of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions. The rule conforms Delaware regulations to those of the Ozone Transport Commission. The new rule reduces the volatile organic compound contents of regulated coatings, regulates additional types of coatings, and requires the use of equipment that provides for high transfer efficiency.
