The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed to amend 7 Del. Admin. Code §1144, Control of Stationary Generator Emissions. Changes would include new recordkeeping and reporting requirements for certain non-emergency generators that are operated in conjunction with a voluntary demand-reduction program, lower the diesel sulfur requirement from 500 parts per million (ppm) to 15 ppm, and alter a requirement that emergency generators meet Tier 2 or Tier 3 standards rather than the Tier 4 standard.
