The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control proposed to amend 7 Del. Admin. Code 1138, Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Categories. Changes would add EPA's facilitywide emission limits and the associated monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
