The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code. Regs. §1002-84 as it pertains to reclaimed domestic wastewater control. The proposal would add a new use category, "fixture flushing," which includes toilet and urinal flushing. It would also add a new "agricultural irrigation" use in the form of indoor irrigation of cannabis for human consumption.
