The Department of Agriculture proposed to amend 8 Colo. Code Regs. §1206.1, pertaining to water quality control. Changes would exempt from the rule the inspection of bulk pesticide storage and mixing/loading areas at water and wastewater treatment systems. A public hearing will be held on September 8, 2014.
