The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1002.34 in order to update classifications and numeric standards for the San Juan and Dolores River Basins. Changes pertain to discharger-specific variance for Animas/Florida Segment 13b. A public hearing will be held on August 11, 2014, and the deadline for comment is July 30, 2014.
