The Department of Public Health and Environment will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 5 CCR 1002-74 and 5 CCR 1002-38, water quality standards for Bear Creek Reservoir in the Classifications and Numeric Standards for South Platte River Basin, Laramie River Basin, Republican River Basin, Smoky Hill River Basin, and revisions to the Bear Creek Watershed Control Regulation.
