The Colorado Public Utilities Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 4 CCR 723-5, Rules Regulating Water and Combined Water and Sewer Utilities. The amendment applies to water corporations that provide combined water and sewer service. The bill changed the definition of a public utility to include water service providers that provide a combined water and sewer service and added these combined water and sewer providers to the Commission§s jurisdiction.
