The Department of Public Health and the Environment will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1002-38, Classifications and Numeric Standards South Platte River Basin, Laramie River Basin, Republican River Basin, and Smoky Hill River Basin.
