The Department of Public Health and Environment will conduct a public hearing for consideration of revisions to the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund financial assistance rules. The proposed changes would revise the category and prioritization systems in the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Rules, Regulation #51 (5 CCR 1002-51); the State Construction Grant Priority System, Regulation #53 (5 CCR 1002-53); and the Drinking Water Grant Program (5 CCR 1003-8). The revisions would also adopt and renumber two former Board of Health regulations as Water Quality Control Commission Regulations.
