The Department of Public Safety adopted 8 Colo. Code. Regs. §1507.25, Rules and Regulations Concerning the Permitting, Routing, & Transportation of Hazardous and Nuclear Materials in the Intrastate Transportation of Agricultural Products in the State of Colorado.
