The Department of Labor and Employment proposed to amend 7 Colo. Code Regs. §1101.16, pertaining to retail natural gas regulations. Changes implement minimum standards for the design, construction, location, installation, and operation of retail natural gas fuel facilities. A public hearing will be held on December 2, 2013.
