The Department of Public Health proposes revisions to 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001-8, Regulation Number Six, Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources. The revisions would incorporate by reference additions and changes to EPA New Source Performance Standards, Emission Guidelines, and performance specifications.
