The Department of Public Health and Environment will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 5 CCR 1001-3, Stationary Source Permitting and Air Pollutant Emission Notice Requirements. The amendments would add best available retrofit technology requirements for the Colorado Springs Utilities Martin Drake units 5, 6, and 7 and the Cemex Lyons Cement plant.
