The Department of Public Health and Environment will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 5 CCR 1001-9, Open Burning, Prescribed Fire, and Permitting. The amendments would revise the rule to increase the program fees, modify the distribution of the program's costs among the regulated entities, and make typographical, grammatical, and formatting revisions.
