The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001.13, Motor Vehicle Inspection Program. Among other minor revisions, changes would remove language that prohibits government fleet vehicles from being clean screened from vehicle emissions. There will be a public hearing May 17, 2012.
