The Air Quality Control Commission will hold a rulemaking hearing to incorporate by reference changes the U.S. EPA made to its NESHAP rules. The proposed changes would affect the general provisions and provisions related to plywood and composite wood products; production area sources such as acrylic and modacrylic fibers, carbon black, and flexible polyurethane foam and fabrication; manufacturing area sources such as chromium compounds, lead acid battery, brick and structural clay, and clay ceramics; wood preserving area sources; and industrial, commercial, and institutional boilers and process heaters.
