The Department of Public Health and Environment amended 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001.05, Stationary Source Permitting and Air Pollutant Emission Notice Requirements. Among other changes, the department added requirements for Reasonable Progress determinations and for particulate regional haze limit monitoring and compliance.
