The Department of Public Health and Environment amended 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001.09, Control of Ozone Via Ozone Precursors. Changes amend some "state only" requirements to make reference to Colorado's SIP, and add Statements of Basis, Specific Statutory Authority, and Purpose.
