The Air Quality Control Commission adopted amendments to 5 CCR 1001-13, Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program. The amendments require all non-diesel fueled motor vehicles that are registered in the air program area or are owned or operated by a non-resident who meets the requirements of Section, 42-4-310(1)(c)(I), C.R.S., to be subject to an exhaust and evaporative emissions, smoke opacity, and emissions control equipment inspection as a prerequisite to initial or renewed vehicle registration. http://www.sos.state.co.us/CCR/Upload//AGORequest//AdoptedRules02008-00730.RTF.
