The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed to amend 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001.11, Regulation No. 9: Open Burning, Prescribed Fire, and Permitting. Changes pertain to a periodic update in each permittee's recent emissions and permitting activity data, which is used to determine the distribution of the cost of the smoke management program to each permittee.
