The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend 2 Colo. Code Regs. §404-1 regarding administrative hearings of the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Changes would clarify a complainant's right to request a commission hearing to review the director's resolution of a complaint. A public hearing will be held July 20, 2015.
