The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a public hearing to receive comments and consider adopting proposed statewide policies for Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEP) and the use of the State Water Pollution Cleanup and Abatement Account for Regional Water Quality Improvement Projects. The hearing will be held February 3, 2008.
