The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment will hold a public hearing to consider listing C.I. Disperse Yellow 3 and 2,6-dimethyl-N-nitrosomorpholine as a chemical known to the state to cause cancer. The hearing will be on November 29, 2012, and the deadline for written comment is October 9.
