The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment will hold a public workshop on proposed amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 27, §§25801, 25803, and 25805, No Observable Effect Levels. These sections set out the procedures and criteria for determining an exposure level where there would be no observable effect. The hearing will be April 14, 2010.
