The Department of Conservation proposes to adopt Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14 ch. 4, Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources, Onshore Well Regulations. The proposed adoption would address a more complete regulatory scheme tailored specifically to underground storage facilities and gas storage wells.
