The Natural Resources Agency will hold two public hearings on proposed amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, §§15064, 15064.7, 15065, 15086, 15093, 15125, 15126.2, 15126.4, 15130, 15150, and 15183, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposed action is intended to adopt and amend portions of the CEQA Guidelines to explain and implement the requirements of CEQA, and in particular the requirements to analyze and mitigate, if necessary, the effects of greenhouse gas emissions.
