The California Energy Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed adoption of new regulations to define the administration of the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program. The objective of the regulations is to develop and deploy innovative technologies that transform California's fuel and vehicle types to help attain the state's climate change goals. The proposed regulations provide the guidance and rules for which funding can be distributed for appropriate projects.
