The Energy Commission proposed to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 20 §§1601-1607, Appliance Efficiency Regulations. Changes would adopt new requirements for large and small battery charger systems and ensure that only self-contained lighting controls that comply with applicable standards are sold or offered for sale in California.
