The California Air Resources Board proposed to amend Cal. Code Regs. tit. 13, §2023 and §2023.1 to -.4, and adopt §§2023.5 to -.11. The proposed amendments and adoptions would assist in the transition to a complete zero-emission bus (ZEB) fleet by, among other things, requiring each transit agency to submit a ZEB Rollout Plan that demonstrates how a transit agency plans to purchase ZEBs and implementing a ZEB purchase requirement schedule.
