The Air Resources Board will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to Cal. Code Regs. tit. 13, §§2700, 2701, 2702, 2703, 2704, 2705, 2706, 2707, and 2711, Verification Procedure, Warranty, and In-Use Compliance Requirements for In-Use Strategies to Control Emissions from Diesel Engines. The proposed amendments would revise, clarify, and make specific requirements that pertain to the process for obtaining verification of devices or strategies to control emissions from diesel engines.
