The South Coast Air Quality Management District will hold a public workshop on Proposed Amended Rules (PARs) 1171, Solvent Cleaning Operations; and 1122, Solvent Degreasers. PARs 1171 and 1122 affect all persons that use volatile organic compound (VOC)-containing materials during cleanup of ultraviolet/electron beam (UV/EB) inks in lithographic presses, on-press screens in screen printing equipment, and stereolithography equipment and models.
